Sorry, but due to the super-low discounted prices we offer, we do not accept items for refund. You may however send your return back for an exchange in the event that you order the wrong size. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee, but shipping both ways on a return is to be paid by the customer.  Items must be in their original package, not used, unworn and unaltered.

Dresses are NOT returnable. They are custom ordered for you based on the sizes you request. Be advised that dresses do not run like your regular street clothes. They are based on international sizing and will usually be 1 to 2 sizes different from what you usually wear. We have size charts on the various manufacturers pages. Please be sure to review them prior to ordering. Dresses usually arrive to you within 8 to 12 weeks, but many times much sooner, based on availability. In the event we can not get the dress for you, a full refund will be given within 24 hours.
